Do celebrity chefs create more food waste?


A new study claims chefs are putting householders under pressure to use fresh ingredients which are thrown away, contributing to the UK's 8.3 million tonnes of food waste.

Celebrity chef Aldo Zilli and SCI sociologist Dr David Evans, who carried out the research, have been debating the role of celebrity chefs in people buying and throwing away food.
